I shared some CHNAs on Canvas for you to review and think about. So why are we doing CHNAs? What do you think about them? Did you know about them beforehand? How do the readings and websites help you understand what these are?
In 100-200 words, respond to the following:
In Table 2-2 Models for Connecting the Components of the Health System, which one do you think is the most effective in bringing a change to population health? And think about the determinants of health, especially how Covid-19 has shined such a spotlight on them.
Can it be done? We are going to be talking more about CHNAs and that is your case study review/reactive paper!
