the five competitive forces operating on businesses. Pick a couple of them that
caught your interest and illustrate their effects and some ethical responses to

2. In light of the remarks made by Hastings in the video, how important can a
company’s reputation for good corporate citizenship be? What are some
concerns surrounding this issue? Do you think companies pay too little or too
much attention to this kind of thing? Give some reasons for your viewpoint.
