Furor Erupts Over Facebook’s Experiment on UsersLinks to an external site.
1. If the Facebook data collection was an unethical practice, who was
mistreated? How were they mistreated? What made it unethical? In
general, what would you say is Facebook’s responsibility to users, in view of
the fact that they have this capability.
2. If you said this practice was unethical, under which view of justice or theory
of ethics is it most clearly unethical? You may draw on the textbook to give
substance to your answer, but be careful to use your own thoughts and
words.
