This exercise is to prepare you for designing a PowerPoint presentation. Your main topic is “The Impact of Conflict in the Workplace” you’ll be focusing on what will be two “slides” within a PowerPoint & should be formatted to appear just like it would if you were designing a PowerPoint. Each “slide” will be on a “sub-topic” of your main topic.
Sub-topic number 1: Turnover (“slide” 1)
Sub-topic number 2: Resigning (“slide” 2)
Both are a result of the Impact of Conflict in the Workplace & your goal is essentially to answer the following by explaining the answer within your research of each sub-topic.
What is conflict?
How could conflict impact the workplace?
Who does conflict impact?
How can conflict be resolved?
Explain examples of conflicts in the workplace and resolution strategies-
Do not forget to cite your findings/work where applicable.
Remember that when designing use bullet point phrases rather than complete sentences, but don’t go overboard. Use clear & concise language. Make only 3-5 points per sub-topic.
