You are the Director of Supply Management of a large health care system. You are requesting a new supply management system for your department. You have narrowed it down to two (2) vendors and you must present your choice for one of these to the CEO. Write an executive proposal to support your choice. Include a compare and contrast the two supply management systems using data and cost comparisons to justify your request.
