a. Why can you smell a pie cooking in the kitchen when you are in another room?
b. A balloon filled with helium will shrink by a small amount when taken from a
warm store into the cold air outside.
c. A desk has a definite shape, and is hard to put your hand through (please do not
try ).
d. A liquid will take the shape of it’s container and you can put your hand through it
easily
e. Air has to be added to tires in the winter to maintain pressure.
f. An aerosol tin may explode when placed near heat.
